Free shipping on most orders over $100. Free shipping charges do not apply to orders that are - oversize, overweight and hazardous materials orders. Persons with these types of orders will be informed of any additional charges before the order is shipped. This charge may not be calculated until after checkout is completed and the order is being prepared.

When possible, Performance Cycle of Colorado will provide a tracking number via email as soon as the item is shipped.

Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of in stock items in the lower 48 continental US states.

Any damaged packages are to be reported to the freight carrier, not Performance Cycle of Colorado. Have the delivery driver make a note of any outside damage to any package delivered, this will aid in any claims for replacement if merchandise inside the package is damaged.
