Shipping and Handling

• We only are able to ship to the lower 48 states at this time. Shipping is done using UPS economy ground shipping, extra insurance or use of a faster delivery service will incur an additional charge. We are unable to process orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, international or APO orders. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

• Free shipping on most orders over $99. Free shipping charges do not apply to orders that are - oversize, overweight and hazardous materials orders. Persons with these types of orders will be informed of any additional charges before the order is shipped. This charge may not be calculated until after checkout is completed and the order is being prepared.

• Standard shipping charges are as follows and do not include extra charges for oversize, overweight or hazardous materials -

• There is a $5.00 handling charge that is already included to the shipping charge for any order that is $20.00 or less.

• Performance Cycle of Colorado will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge of your order prior to billing and shipping.

• When possible, Performance Cycle of Colorado will provide a tracking number via email as soon as the item is shipped.

• Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of in stock items in the lower 48 continental US states. 

• Any damaged packages are to be reported to the freight carrier, not Performance Cycle of Colorado. Have the delivery driver make a note of any outside damage to any package delivered, this will aid in any claims for replacement if merchandise inside the package is damaged.
